The Sweet Sleeping Babies

These are the babies around three weeks ago. So they are about a month or so old. They are so precious. The craddle that they are in was made by Talmage's Aunt. She is talented.

Polar Express

Talmage and I won a trip through our HOA to go to the Grand Canyon Railroad Hotal and ride the Polar Express. He was gone the weekend that we won it for and we couldn't change the date. So I invited my sisters and mom to come with me. We had a lot of fun! I think that we were the the biggest kids there!

Santa gave everyone christmas bells. Hannah wasn't satisfied with just one though.

It was very fun until on the way back we had to sing Christmas carols. The song that broke me and made me want me to jump off the train was The Twelve Days of Christmas. The elf in the background kept telling us to sing louder. We were the loudest ones on the train. He kept telling us to sing louder though. He was just trying to hit on Angel.

Mmm Water, Water.... Water

As Talmage self appointed doctor I advised him that he should drink more water. Really I was with him all day long and he had only drank (drunken, drunk??) like 2 cups of water, really can't remember the exact amount but it wasn't much. I have since been humbled after looking at Kimball's blog and seeing all of the goodies he eats. Wow Kimball that is a lot of goodies. So it could be worst.
But for now I will blame my pro water drinking nature on Amanda. I am just one of enthusiastic followers.

Talmage

After reading the last post I posted I feel sad because I forgot to metion how wonderful and helpful Talmage was during the whole labor and delivery. Oh and prenancy and postpartum.
During my pregnancy he would get up in the middle of the night to get me a drink of water or snacks. He would carry my heavy bag around for me at school along with his heavy bag. He massaged my back when it was killing me from caring the babies. Ok, the list could go on forever. He was helpful and I am so thankful.
During labor and delivery he timed my contractions. He was so cute with his stop watch, telling me the timing. He kept bringing me wet hot towels that I laid on my belly and which helped to keep my body relaxed so that the contractions didn't hurt as bad. He helped coach me through my pushes. Ok, again the list could go on and on.
My point. I think he should get an award. I couldn't have done it without him. He is amazing and I don't think that I can tell him enough.
Ok. I hope this was not to mushy for a blog, but oh well.
